Great Place to Buy a Car

These guys are great! The sales team helped me and my mom to find a car for her. I had to conduct business with them by phone/email since I live out of town and found that all of my calls and emails were returned promptly. They took really good care of my mom, she's thrilled.

Bakersfield Hyundai is a GREAT used car dealer!

I was looking for a used car to commute to work in and I found the Bakersfield Hyundai website. They had a couple of cheap used cars that fit what I was looking for. I found a little Chevrolet sedan for a good price. I printed out the listing from the computer. I took that into the dealer and walked out with that exact car at the listed price. No hassle or pushy sales people. I love my new (used) little chevy. I get 30+ MPG and would recommend Family Motors to anyone!

They will get you credit with a company that would have financed you to begin with. They told me the company (Wachovia) would refinance and lower the existing 13.5% rate sure when I tried a year later payments made on time they wanted 20%..I switched on my own to another company found on the net for 11%. Oh and this is the real kicker they asked me to turn in my car for lease repairs for 3 days. To my benefit....my car was never the same and this was for the bad... (Check Engine light came on still on never came on previously).maybe an employee needed a transmission, ext. for his Audi that was damaged when he went up on the curb! My hood also has a new ding from leaving tools on engine when closing the hood...I will not ever take my car back to them I would rather drive way out of town than let them touch my car again. What comes around goes around.
